RESPONSIBILITIES
Commit to 30-45 minutes per week for about 5 to 6 months
Communicate with mentor at least twice a week
Keep your e-mails short and to the point
Ask your mentor about her education, her career, difficulties
she's had
Respect your mentor's private life
Don't expect your mentor to have the answer to everything
Do not give your mentor's e-mail address to anyone without
asking her first
Keep up to date on the program's HOT TOPIC discussion suggestions - and use
them!
Keep a log of all communication with your mentor, what you've
discussed and what you've learned
